Ring Size Guide
To help you find the perfect fit, we recommend using one of the two methods below.
METHOD 1: MEASURE AN EXISTING RING (RECOMMENDED)
- Choose a ring that fits the finger you’re shopping for.
- Place the ring flat on a table.
- Using a ruler, measure the inside diameter of the ring from inner edge to inner edge, straight across the centre.
- Do not include the band thickness or outer edges, measure only the empty space inside the ring.
- Match your measurement to the size chart below.
Inside Diameter Size Chart (mm):
- 15.7 mm → Size 5
- 16.5 mm → Size 6
- 17.3 mm → Size 7
- 18.1 mm → Size 8
Tip: Measure in millimetres (mm) for the most accurate result.
How to Measure an Existing Ring
- Place a ring that fits comfortably on a flat surface
- Measure the inside diameter straight across the centre
- Match your measurement to the size chart
Measure the inside edge only. Do not include the band thickness.

- Wrap a piece of string or thin paper strip snugly around the base of your finger.
- Make sure it’s firm but comfortable, not too tight.
- Mark where the string or paper overlaps.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres (mm).
- Match your measurement to the size guide below.
Finger Circumference Size Guide:
- 49–50 mm → Size 5
- 52 mm → Size 6
- 54–55 mm → Size 7
- 57 mm → Size 8
Tip: Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.
BETWEEN SIZES?
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
- Wrap a piece of string or paper snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the end of the string overlaps.
- Measure the length with a ruler and match it to the size chart below.
